Step 1

Initial Attorney Consultation

Begin your journey with a consultation with an immigration attorney where you can discuss your unique situation and outline the necessary steps for your immigration case. Talk with your attorney about how a mental health evaluation and report can support your immigration case.

Step 2

Evaluation Process

Schedule your mental health evaluation. Attend a 2-3 sessions with our evaluator, either virtually or in person. Each session will last about 60-90 minutes, during which the evaluator will learn about your circumstances and experiences in order to prepare a comprehensive report to support your immigration application.

Step 3

Follow-up and Submission

Review the evaluation report, provide any corrections or additional information if necessary, and then work with your attorney to submit the final report and any relevant documents to the appropriate immigration authorities.
